]]> In 2023, the “Worth His/Her Salt Award” was established to celebrate each sailing trip of a boat in the SeaStar fleet, that has been enjoyed thoroughly and has ended, without any crew injury and without any yacht damage.It also celebrates the team spirit of each distinguished crew, which is so important in sailing.

During 2023, 65% of the crews achieved this status and were fully recognized by receiving commemorative certificates and by being served with sparkling wine after check-out.Each crew member received a certificate with their full name, the name of the boat, the period of the trip and the name of the skipper on it.

The awards institution will continue during the 2024 season, but it will take a further step.

In November of 2024, all the winning crews of 2024 will participate in a lottery, where one crew will win a free one-week charter, aboard a SeaStar Sailing boat, in 2025!
